Chelsea vs Milan’s match started with attacking forces.
Mount shovels Chilwell into the Milan box down the left. Mount looks for Aubameyang in the middle, but overcooks his cross woefully. James retrieves the ball on the right and whips back in low. Aubameyang reacts, Tomori doesn’t, and the striker pokes home from six yards!
James slides a ball down the right for Sterling, who looks first time for Aubameyang in the middle. Tomori reads the danger and intercepts.
James and Sterling combine on the right, Loftus-Cheek has made a good run in behind but Tomori brings James down before the pass can be played.
Both look to have hurt themselves in the process, the pair limping away.
Chelsea have looked in control of this match, but that chance for Milan right before half-time will be a warning sign for the Blues.

Rafael Leao makes an impressive run into the Chelsea box, evading defenders. Kepa makes a smart save, Milan have another chance but fire the rebound shot way over the bar.
By far Milan’s best attack of the night.
Not a great free-kick from Mount, behind everyone in a Chelsea shirt but Chalobah tries to make something of it.
A free kick for Chelsea out on the right. Mount swings it towards a crowded mixer. The delivery isn’t great, and the ball only just reaches the edge of the box, so Chalobah improvises a bicycle kick that whistles harmlessly into the stand. Full marks for ambition.
Very ambitious overhead kick from the defender, blasted high in the fans behind the goal.
